My mission is to empower and educate professional women on the value of wealth over the present gratification of now. Through financial coaching my clients transform their relationships with money.

Personal Bios

Long version

Keina Newell works with hardworking and passionate single women who need help creating clear financial goals so they can save more, pay off debt, and stress less about money. When Keina graduated from college, she was in $75,000 of student loan debt. Cue all the overwhelming feelings that flood in when you have a mountain of debt staring you in the face. She got out of overwhelm and found clarity when she started having weekly money dates with herself. Money dates were what helped her find ways to save money and pay off debt at the same time, buy her first home before the age of 30 and pay off $75,000 of student loan debt shortly thereafter.

Now, as a financial coach, she works with her clients to get them out of financial ruts so that they can get ahead financially and be more strategic with their spending and saving.

Keina is passionate about her work and finds no greater satisfaction than helping her clients start approaching the way they manage their money with joy because they’ve learned to feel possibility where they once felt shame, guilt, overwhelm, and anxiety.
When she is not coaching, Keina is spending quality time with friends and family and encouraging herself to go to CrossFit!

Hi, I'm

Keina

I work with passionate and hardworking single women who need help creating clear financial goals so that they can save more, pay off debt, and stress less about money. I enjoy helping my clients approach the way they manage their money with joy because they’ve learned to feel possibility where they once saw shame, guilt, overwhelm, and anxiety.

I work with passionate and hardworking single women who need help creating clear financial goals so that they can save more, pay off debt, and stress less about money.

Before working with me, my clients would tell you they are living paycheck to paycheck and that they have money flowing in but they do not know how their money is flowing out. They have little to no savings. They keep throwing money at their debt but it’s not going anywhere. They are spinning their wheels and have no idea where to start.

Through my one month intensive and ongoing coaching partnerships, we address these challenges, identify their values, goals, and create a structure for their finances that allows them to understand where their money is going and the possibilities they have to achieve their goals with the money that is flowing in.

Keina was very knowledgeable and provided realistic solutions and recommendations that were inspiring. Paying down debt did not seem unreachable. I'm excited to start (again) and reach my goals.
- Shaquita

The most valuable thing was that I needed to prioritize my spending and really learn how to budget.

I loved having the chance to ask specific questions in an environment I found safe. I left feeling encouraged, that I am able to accomplish financial freedom and not feel shame.
